8.12.2014 CFPA is launching it’s 2015 policy development process by asking for your input! We are conducting an online survey to gather feedback and identify challenges facing Californians with regards to their health, well-being, and access to nutritious, affordable food. The survey results will inform CFPA’s internal policy development process and help guide our 2015 policy priorities, which may include legislation, research, or administrative advocacy, among other strategies.
The survey should take about 15-20 minutes of your time. The survey questions are organized by topic area so you can easily provide feedback only on the topics most relevant to your experience and work. Your answers will be kept anonymous, unless you provide contact information for additional follow-up.
We will be collecting responses until 5pm on Friday, August 29. All respondents will automatically be entered into a drawing to win a $100 gift card.
