Each year, the much anticipated CalFresh Forum brings together hundreds of key partners, administrators, advocates, and community members from across the state to acknowledge outstanding work, identify opportunities, and discuss strategies to improve the reach and impact of CalFresh. 

Nourish California is proud to host a one-day 2024 Calfresh Forum in partnership with the California Department of Social Services CalFresh Branch.

When: May 23, 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM

• Registration will open at 9:00 AM, and Welcome remarks will begin at 10:00 AM.

Where: San Jose Women’s Club & The Whova Virtual Platform 

This event will include networking, in-person and virtual breakout sessions, and our annual Freshy Award presentation. Our Advisory Committee helped identify topics for these sessions, including college student access, Food4All implementation, and emerging Calfresh advocacy opportunities!

Registration Costs & Details 

This year, we will offer two registration options for attendance:

Early Bird Registration

This option includes: 

• An in-person mixer on May 22 in San Jose
• Lite breakfast and lunch on May 23 during the CalFresh Forum
• Two tracks of engaging content
• The annual Freshy Awards
• Pre-engagement via Whova

Just in Time Registration

This option includes: 

• All of the above, minus the in-person mixer on May 22

Virtual Registration

This option includes:

• Live streaming through the Whova virtual platform of full in-person agenda
• 2 breakout sessions with optional virtual engagement
• Pre-engagement via Whova
