10.1.12 Tom Torlakson, California’s State Superintendent of Instruction, confirms the health and academic benefits of eating a school breakfast and urges schools increase participation in their breakfast program by utilizing models like Breakfast in the Classroom, Grab-and-Go and Second Chance Breakfast.
