On June 15th California advocates hosted a listening session with Stacy Dean, Deputy Under Secretary for the United States Department of Agriculture’s Food, Nutrition, and Consumer Services. During the listening session Dean shared details about the Biden Administration’s child nutrition and WIC priorities and attendees provided input on the most impactful investments to feed California’s children through school meals, WIC, CACFP, and other child nutrition programs.
