4.24.2013 CFPA, along with our partners at UC Berkeley’s Atkins Center for Weight and Health and the Samuels Center have released a new policy brief on beverages in child care. The brief provides highlights and policy next steps from our recently completed study, Impact of AB 2084 on Regulating Beverages in Licensed Childcare, funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, Healthy Eating Research. The research shows that after the Healthy Beverages law (AB 2084) was implemented, the beverages served in California child care significantly improved! Check out the policy brief for more details about the research and the specific policy recommendations.
