6.18.2015 California’s summer nutrition gap affected nearly two million of our state’s most vulnerable children and youth last summer. CFPA’s latest School’s Out…Who Ate? report examines statewide trends in summer meal participation, provides county-specific data, and offers recommendations to ensure that all of California’s kids are well nourished during the summer.

Children need year-round access to nutritious meals that combat hunger and food insecurity, support learning, and help prevent obesity. How many children in your community are missing out?
