The “Freshy” Awards honor the actions of individual Californians and organizations that have worked diligently in the last year to improve CalFresh.
We want to continue to broaden our recognition of dedication and hard work so it is our desire to welcome nominations for a wide range of actions, including:
- Policy actions to improve access to CalFresh
- Policy actions to increase CalFresh benefit allotments
- Innovative outreach strategies to increase CalFresh participation
- Outstanding Commitment to Advancing Equity in CalFresh
Using the form below, Nourish California will collect information about each nominee to develop a voting ballot that will be distributed in early January. Based on your votes, the Freshy Award winners will be announced at the 2022 CalFresh Forum.
