8.26.2014 On Monday, August 25, concurrence was granted in the Senate with a vote of 34-0. Now that amendments taken in the Assembly have been approved by the Senate, SB 1002 (De Leon) Aligning Opportunities for Health will head to the Governor. Governor Brown has until to September 30 to sign or veto legislation.
