7.7.2015 An initial 2015 CalFresh Forum event agenda is now available. This year the Forum is designed with three plenary speakers each offering unique insight into modernized business processes and systems which can be adapted to improve CalFresh customer service. In addition to the plenary speakers, there will be an awards ceremony and optional networking reception.
The morning program will also feature an update from USDA FNS providing a national SNAP perspective as well as an update and Q & A with CDSS CalFresh Branch.
More details regarding plenary topics will be posted soon. Keep an eye out for a final event agenda.
