8.31.2011 AB 6 (Fuentes) passed the Senate floor today with a 26-11 bipartisan vote and AB 69 (Beall) passed with a 25-2 bipartisan vote! AB 6 and AB 69 will now head to the Assembly for concurrence on the amendments taken in the Senate and with luck will be off to the Governor for signature.
