1.31.2011 In January of 2011, advocates across California joined together to once again address the issues of semi-annual reporting in California. Advocates asked that considering the recent introduction of AB6 (Fuentes), a drop-dead deadline of January 1, 2012 be set for California to: (1) no longer operate the current reporting waiver #2030030; and (2) either have SAR in state statute with movement toward implementation or have reprogrammed the current reporting systems to follow the federal quarterly reporting law.
