California’s P-EBT Plan is Approved

California's P-EBT plan for children under age 6 and school-age children has been approved! This plan covers benefits from Oct 2020 to May 2021.

Virtual Townhall Opens Dialogue about the “A” in the Child Adult Care Food Program

Last week Nourish California and our partners at the CACFP Roundtable hosted a virtual Townhall where we focused on the Adult component of the Child Adult Care Food Program (CACFP).

Welcoming Michelle Lee to the Nourish California Team!

This summer, Michelle Lee joined Nourish California as the 2021 Sarah Samuels Public Health Policy Fellow. Michelle will support the organization's CalFresh and child nutrition advocacy, including helping identify state policy solutions to close gaps in equitable access to food for California's children.
