Join us for a conversation on the Community Priorities to End Hunger and Inequities

Please join Nourish California and the California Association of Food Banks on July 11 at 1:00pm for a conversation about community priorities to end hunger and inequities.

This listening session is for all to share their experiences, stories, and ideas about how the federal government should support the health and well-being of individuals and families. The session will be conducted in English with simultaneous Spanish interpretation.

To facilitate discussion, this session will be limited to 80 participants.

Food With Care (SB 1481) Passes Assembly Education on Unanimous Consent

Yesterday, SB 1481 (Becker) passed out of the Assembly Education Committee on consent, with a unanimous, 7-0 vote. The bill now moves on to Assembly Appropriations.
