2.19.16 On February 17, 2016, Assemblymember Mark Stone (D-Monterey) introduced AB 2099, Safe Drinking Water for Food Insecure Families. The bill would authorize the State’s Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) system to deliver interim, supplemental benefits to low-income California households without safe drinking water.
