BUDGET WIN! (Assemblymember Santiago + Senator Hurtado)

The passage of the 2022-2023 state budget will make California the first state in the nation to include undocumented adults in food assistance. Upon implementation, undocumented, income-eligible adults aged 55 and older will be able to access CalFresh benefits.
