No Exceptions. No Exclusions. No Delays.

Now is the time for California to create bold policies so everyone, no matter their immigration status, has the food they need.

Food4All is a statewide policy advocacy campaign to include all income-eligible Californians in food assistance benefits, regardless of immigration status. The campaign is led by two co-sponsors, Nourish California and California Immigrant Policy Center (CIPC), and a broad, diverse, and powerful coalition of more than 100 organizations.

In 2025, the Food4All campaign seeks to:

2025 Budget Letter — Advance a budget request to protect our current investment in Food4All for Californians ages 55+, regardless of immigration status, and expand CFAP food benefits to Californians under age 55 who are excluded from CalFresh because of their immigration status by October 2027

AB 1049 (Rodriguez): California Food Assistance Program: sponsor deeming rules — Advance AB 1049 to remove sponsor deeming from CFAP. If passed, the bill would streamline the eligibility process and strengthen our state’s food safety net to support Californians in times of economic hardship.
